These guys seem to know their appliances and have a wide selection, but the service is incomprehensibly poor. Our experience over several calls in the past year is that their repair techs are booked up for at least a week, perhaps two. Once they arrive they discover that you need a part that seems invariably to take 2 weeks to order. You must then wait another week or two for them to come out and install the new part.
We bought our Miele fridge from FW Black for $8k and for that money we'd expect it to work. That it didn't isn't FW Black's fault, but we'd at least expect prompt, efficient service. Nope. We just go through this cycle of waiting weeks for parts and weeks more for repair men, and three months into it we're no further ahead.
